MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted, as well as PayPal, cash and traveler's checks.

All rates are quoted in U.S. funds.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.

Reservation Policy
All room rates are based on Average Capacity, additional guests are $20 per person, per night, or $60 per person, per week.

Children under 12 are no additional cost, for up to 3, then additional per person rate applies.

We have a minimum 2-night stay, but may negotiate a special rate for 1-night stays depending on availability and date of reservation.

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit, equal to $100 for nightly stays, and $250 for weekly stays.

Deposits on single-night stays are non-refundable, unless the reserved space can be re-booked. If re-booked, the full deposit can be credited toward a future stay.

Monthly rates are also available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive a full credit towards a future stay, or a refund less a $50.00 service fee.

If cancelled within 15 days, your deposit will be forfeited, unless the reserved space can be re-booked. If re-booked, you will receive a full credit towards a future stay, or a refund, less a $50.00 service fee.

Full payment of all rooms reserved is required for any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, unless the reserved space can be re-booked.

A "No Show" constitutes full payment to be charged to your credit card.

No refunds for early departures.

Pet Policy
Well-behaved, clean, pest-free pets are welcome at an additional charge of $5 per pet, per night, limit 2 pets per unit.

December 19th - January 4th (2009)

**We offer a per person rate for the bunkhouse of $25 per night Sunday-Thursday, and $35 per night Friday-Saturday, with no guarantee of exclusivity. (In other words, you could be sharing the space with someone else).
