Rates are based on the average capacity of the unit, prices for additional occupants are listed for each unit.

Pets are welcome at an additional charge of $5 per pet, per night.

We have a minimum 2-night stay on the weekends.

Monthly rates are also available.

All rates are subject to 9% Vermont room tax.

MasterCard and Visa are accepted, as well as E-checks, PayPal, cash and traveler's checks.

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of one night's deposit.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy:
Deposits are returned if cancellation is made within 3-14-days of the date of arrival, less a $25 service fee. For cancellations made less than 3-days prior to date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned.

No refund will be made for cancellations made the day of arrival.

All rates are quoted in U.S. funds.

Bunkhouses are rented at a per-person rate, and vary by amenities offered and length of stay. Please call or email us for more information.
